Testnet Security Public verification, limited operations detail This explorer shows on-chain proof state, validator liveness, and shortened public keys. Full operational secrets, server access, and private keys are never exposed.
Quorum Policy Adaptive testnet mode Solo-finalization is enabled for failover testing. Production policy can require stricter quorum.
Challenge Policy Fraud proof flow tested; slashing planned Guard challenges emit FraudProofSubmitted and resolve through validator votes. Proof invalidation is testable; economic slashing remains a Phase 4 deliverable.

Applications are open for a controlled operator pilot. The current four-validator network is project-operated; Helixium does not yet claim external validator independence. Applying does not guarantee admission.
